Shipping and returns

Shipping your package

Packages are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the carrier chosen when placing the order.

We process and ship orders every day, Tuesday to Friday (excluding holidays).

​

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, delivery charges apply to each of them.

Box sizes are correct and your items are properly protected.

Packages are always sent with a tracking number, we are not responsible for any loss or theft of packages. If this happens please contact the chosen carrier to initiate an investigation.

Return and refund

To make a return, you must first notify your request by email to lafabrikbvs@gmail.com

Then return the item (s) by attaching the withdrawal form to: La Fabrik, 5 rue malherbe 60000 BEAUVAIS

You have a period of 72 hours after the day of receipt of the package. The postmark being taken as proof, if your return exceeds the period of 72 hours it will be refused by our team.

The costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer, you have the possibility to be reimbursed for these costs if you have paid by Paypal  https://www.paypal.com/fr/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns . We strongly advise you to return the articles by Colissimo in order to have a follow-up of the parcel.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and with their labels.

We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does not comply with the conditions of withdrawal.

We are very sorry about this. You have a maximum of 3 days after receipt of your order to declare a defect on a product received.

In this case, we invite you to contact us by email lafabrikbvs@gmail.com, in order to inform us of the defect. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note, no complaint will be taken into account if you exceed the deadline of 3 days after receipt of your order.

Likewise, no complaint will be taken into account if the product has been worn and / or no longer has its label.
